Project Description

This project investigates how educational attainment and pathways interact with social class background to shape early labour market trajectories in Scotland, using data from Growing Up in Scotland. The research contributes to evidence on social mobility, educational inequality, and labour market stratification. The findings will provide policy-relevant insights into how education can reduce labour market inequalities among young adults.
